Workspace
The Workspace is the main working environment for your company within Patagon AI. This is where you centralize your visual identity, organization data, team members, and information — all in one place.
What is the Workspace?
The Workspace brings together all essential Patagon AI modules in a unified view:
Dashboard
Real-time overview of your key indicators.
Leads
Capture, organize, and qualify contacts automatically with AI.
Conversations
Manage all interactions in a unified inbox.
Assignment
Identify and analyze the traffic sources generating your leads.
Campaigns
Create and send bulk messages with segmentation and automation.
Agent
Define the personality, rules, and behavior of your AI agent.
How to configure your Workspace
Prerequisite: before configuring the Workspace, it is recommended that you have already verified (or started the verification of) your Meta Business Manager.
1. Access the organization settings
On the main page of the Patagon AI App, navigate through the left sidebar menu:
Sidebar → Organization → Settings
You will be directed to your Workspace settings screen.
2. Customize your organization
On the settings screen, fill in or update the following fields:
Company logo — Upload your business's visual identity.
Company name — Official title that will be displayed on the platform.
Team members — Add your company's members and the Patagon members linked to your project.
Groups — Create groups by department or area (e.g.: Sales, Support, Finance) to organize attendance overflow to specific people.
Even if some data was already filled in during account creation, you can update it at any time.
After filling in the fields, click Save to apply the changes.
Editing your user profile
In addition to the organization settings, each user can customize their own profile within the Workspace.
How to access
In the upper right corner, click on your name.
Then click on Settings.
Configure the following preferences:
Country
Select the country of your operation
Time zone
Set the correct time for your region
Language
We recommend selecting your native language
Click Apply changes to save.
📌 Practical tip: we recommend uploading a high-resolution logo and filling in all institutional fields. This facilitates integrations, reports, and ensures consistency in your company's communication within Patagon AI.
