Overview

We're excited to announce a major update that streamlines how you manage your organization and gives you deeper visibility into your WhatsApp channel performance. This release consolidates organization management into a single, intuitive Settings hub while providing real-time quality metrics for your WhatsApp Business account.


What's New

1. Unified Organization Settings

The Challenge: Previously, managing your organization required navigating between multiple pages—Members, Groups, and various settings were scattered across the sidebar, making it harder to find what you need.

The Solution: We've introduced a new Settings page that brings everything together in one place.

How It Works

Navigate to Settings from your sidebar to access three organized tabs:

2. Enhanced WhatsApp Channel Insights

The Challenge: Understanding the health and performance of your WhatsApp Business account required logging into Meta's Business Manager separately.

The Solution: We now surface critical WhatsApp metrics directly in your agent dashboard.

Quality Rating and Throughput Level now visible directly in the agent header

When viewing your agent's overview, you'll now see:

Open your WhatsApp channel drawer to see comprehensive status information:

  • Verification Status — Whether your phone number is verified

  • Quality Rating — Your current quality tier with color-coded badges

  • Throughput Level — Your messaging capacity

  • Name Status — Approval status of your display name

  • Connection Status — Real-time connection health

  • Webhook Application — Technical configuration for your integration

3. Improved Team Invitation Experience

The Challenge: It wasn't always clear which team invitations were still pending versus already accepted.

The Solution: Pending invitations now display a clear visual badge.

What's Changed

  • Pending Badge — Yellow "Pending" badge appears next to invitations awaiting acceptance

  • Cleaner Lists — Revoked invitations no longer appear, keeping your invitation list clean and actionable

  • At-a-Glance Status — Quickly identify who still needs to accept their invitation

Note: If you have bookmarks to the old Members page, don't worry—you'll be automatically redirected to the new location.


Getting Started

  1. Access Settings — Click "Settings" in your sidebar under the Organization section

  2. Explore Tabs — Browse General, Members, and Groups tabs to familiarize yourself with the new layout

  3. Check WhatsApp Health — View your agent dashboard to see the new quality metrics

  4. Invite Team Members — Use the Members tab to invite colleagues with appropriate role assignments


Availability

These features are available now for all PatagonAI customers. The interface is fully localized in:

  • English (US)

  • Spanish (Latin America)

  • Portuguese (Brazil)
